A NEW PEAK: THE WILD ONE SKELETON X-LITE LIMITED EDITION IS THE LIGHTEST NORQAIN WATCH EVER MADE

At Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026, independent Swiss watchmaker NORQAIN unveiled its most innovative, lightest, and robust timepiece to date: the Wild ONE Skeleton X-Lite Limited Edition. Weighing just 45 grammes, it stands as the brand’s lightest ever watch and will be limited to a highly collectible run of just 200 pieces.

To achieve this featherweight profile, NORQAIN developed more than 30 components using ultra-light materials, including titanium, aluminium, NORTEQ® carbon fibre, and a new proprietary carbon fibre composite called X-Lite. Developed in collaboration with Swiss material experts BIWI, X-Lite delivers exceptional lightness and shock absorption. The watch’s unique case construction measures just 11.95mm thick, offers 100 metres of water resistance, and has proven resistant to shocks of more than 5,000G.

Inside, this disruptive timepiece is powered by the chronometer-certified NORQAIN 4K Manufacture Calibre. Developed with AMT, this skeletonised automatic movement features bridges and a rotor sculpted into mountain peak shapes, offering an impressive 65-hour power reserve.

Extending its story of groundbreaking innovation, the watch introduces a world-first strap concept based on a sophisticated double-layered construction with interchangeable elements. Wearers can choose a striking black and yellow rubber strap or a second option combining a perforated rubber upper layer with an interchangeable ultra-light stretch-band underneath for ultimate adaptability and comfort.
