The heart of this timepiece is its magnificent dial made of genuine blue Turquoise stone.
For the first time in the Manufacture?s history, this model features turquoise. The stone is unique due to its black mineral fibers running through it, creating marbled accents. The dial is enhanced by silver-coloured, diamond-cut applied indexes, and the silver-coloured hour, minute, and second hands sweep over the moonphase and date-by-hand functions, elegantly positioned at 6 o?clock.
At the heart of the watch beats the in-house manufactured FC-716 calibre, an automatic movement developed internally by Frederique Constant. This calibre offers a generous 72-hour power reserve. The movement is a demonstration of the watchmaking art, decorated with Perlage and fan-shaped C?tes de Gen?ve finishes. The threaded case back is engraved and see-through, offering a spectacular view of the mechanism in action. The 40 mm polished stainless steel case is protected by an anti-reflective convex sapphire crystal and is fitted with an elegant blue alligator leather strap.

This model stands out for its meticulous aesthetic and the integration of the Manufacture Calibre FC-716, a mechanical heart that embodies the excellence of our Maison. This movement features an optimized barrel, providing it with a remarkable power reserve of three days, or 72 hours. It is a highly precise movement, beating at 4 Hz. This technical choice strengthens its resistance to the demands of daily life, allowing it to quickly regain a perfectly regular oscillation.
SWEET AND POETIC ASTRAL HARMONY
The date is indicated by a central hand that travels around a peripheral scale graduated from 1 to 31. Amid this starry firmament, the shorter time marked out for each passing day and the longer moon phases thus dwell side by side in sweet and poetic astral harmony.
THE DAUGHTER OF ASTRONOMY
It?s been said that ?watchmaking is the daughter of astronomy?, and this piece, housed in a 40-millimetre case, is perfect illustrations of that assertion: both those foundations of horology are evident on this minimalistic dial. The watchmaking aspect is embodied by the three redesigned steel-coloured central hands; the hours and minutes hands are now diamond-cut, as are the hour markers.
As to astronomy, at six o?clock a single window brings together two complications in one display, the moonphase and the date. The two are closely interrelated: the moon completes one cycle of phases across its star-studded background in precisely 29.5 days.
